Today’s Comus International Bvba was founded in 1962 as "CP Clare International";
the European headquarters for engineering, production and sales & marketing activities of
CP Clare Corporation.
Comus International moved into its current premises in Tongeren Belgium in 1970.
In 1997 COMUS INTERNATIONAL acquired us as "Günther Belgium NV".
During 2004 Gunther Belgium became Comus International BvBa...
Throughout those years of constant product improvements, Comus International became a leading provider of dry & Hg wetted switches, relays, including high voltage relays and sensors.
These components are the key to many applications such as automotive, automatic test equipment, industrial control and instrumentation, medical, security, appliances, consumer goods and telecommunication.
These switch and relay components provide the necessary interface between electric power sources and electronic components by providing the basic insulation and switching functions required by those electronic components. These relays and switches are characterised by long life, broad applicability due to their rugged construction, reliability and performance.
